Our hope is to inspire you to live your life fully! We offer classes designed to open your heart, mind, body and spirit to abundance and happiness, an opportunity to reconnect with your divine nature and your life’s purpose, and to be part of a yoga community.
Yoga is for Everyone!
The Mindful Body offers students of any level classes that will help them to rediscover who they are and encourage them to expand their boundaries. Almost every student starts their yogic journey with a tight body, so don’t worry if you are not flexible we encourage our students to embrace their bodies no matter what shape their in. Understand that you can only begin where you are today so take the first step to a more balanced and meaningful life.
With clear instructions on how to align your body, mind and connect to your breath, you will begin to notice your body becoming stronger, more flexible, less stressed, a clearer mind, even old injuries starting to heal. The key to yoga, according to the great Master Patanjali, is that you must practice regularly over a period of time. Many of our students will happily share how yoga has improved the way they eat, sleep, and live!
